Telasis Solutions — Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Telasis Solutions operates a referral program that rewards individuals and businesses for referring new clients.

2. Eligibility

Referrals must be for businesses that:

• Are not existing Telasis Solutions clients or prospects within the prior 12 months
• Are not companies already known to Telasis through any other channel
• Have a genuine IT need (hardware-only purchases are excluded from the program)

3. How the Reward Works

There is a single reward under this program. It is only earned once the referred business signs an agreement with Telasis Solutions and makes their first payment. There is no reward for submitting a referral on its own.

Once a referred business signs and pays, the referrer receives a reward gift card — every signed referral earns at least $100, and it can go up to $1,000 depending on the size of the deal. The exact amount is determined at Telasis Solutions' sole discretion, applied consistently based on the value of the signed agreement; details of how it's calculated are available on request.

4. One Reward Per Referral

Only one referral reward will be paid per unique referred business, regardless of the number of people who refer that business. The reward goes to whoever's referral was received first.

5. Confidentiality

Reward amounts and the basis on which they are calculated are strictly confidential. Referrers must not disclose reward amounts, or how they are calculated, to the referred business or any third party.

6. Payment

Gift cards will be sent to the referrer's email address on file, generally within 30 days of the referred business's first paid invoice. For larger rewards, Telasis Solutions may request an ABN and invoicing details before payment, to meet standard tax and record-keeping obligations.

7. We'll Keep You in the Loop

Referrers can track the progress of every referral they submit, and will be notified at each stage of the process — including if a referral doesn't end up qualifying, or if it qualifies but the business decides not to proceed.

8. Program Changes

Telasis Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice. The version of these terms published on our website at the time of a referral's submission is the version that applies to that referral.

9. Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
